Word of the day: Vegetables
Peel some carrots and potatoes and heat them in a pan of water for thirty minutes.
Add a tomato, peas, salt and pepper.
Now blend the vegetables in a mixer.
Serve hot soup for supper.

UNIT 3. Our
Heritage refers to things and places that have great value.
1. Areas of great environmental value are our natural heritage , for example "Picos de Europa" national park.
2. Monuments or traditions are our cultural heritage and it helps us understand our history and who we are, for example "Alcázar de Toledo" or "El Prado museum".
A. Tangible cultural heritage includes things that we can touch, for example a building or a statue.
B. Intangible cultural heritage includes things that we cannot touch, for example a tradition.
