Word of the day: Plants

A plant is a living thing.  

Plants can be grasses, bushes or trees. 

Wheat is a grass.

A rose plant is a bush.  

An almond tree is a type of tree.

They haven´t got a plural form. 

• There is some flour.
• There is some cheese. 

Countable  nouns are things  we can count.

• There is a tomato.
• There are three mushrooms.
• There are some chilly peppers.
