Monday´s question: What did you do over the weekend?
- Asier and Horacio played some games in Horacio´s house on Sunday afternoon.
- Serena spent the weekend at her father´s place.
- On Sunday, Javi went to Warner Park with his family.
Ingredients:
- fresh bonito tuna fish
- olive oil
- potatoes
- tomatoes
- onion
- garlic
- red and green peppers
- salt
Cooking steps:
1. Put garlic, peppers, onions, and oil in a pot
2. Cook this ¨sofrito¨ (fried vegetable sauce) softly at low heat (fuego lento)
3. Add the tomatoes, potatoes, and paprika
4. Cover with water and cook it for 25 minutes
5. Add the bonito tuna and cook it for 2 minutes more.
